Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

- Buyer’s remorse

- Incorrect size selection

Damaged or defective items:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item at no cost.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
